I would recommend this dealership to everyone.
I was camping from out of town when our truck that I’ve driven for ten years with over 394000km on it, decided it didn’t want to come home. I was looking to buy a new vehicle, but not for a few months. I was towed to a mechanic and this dealership happened to be beside it. My two young kids and I were stranded and so we decided to take a “look” at some vehicles.
The staff was more than accommodating. They weren’t pushy and had all the answers for me. When the kids and I found one we liked, I expected a long and difficult process that involved the bank etc. I had little hope of coming back to this dealership out of town to complete this.
At this point, I needed to get back home for work, and we were stranded as the mechanics could not see my truck until the next day. My sister who was coming to get us, hit a deer. We were really stranded. Time was ticking.
Don, the sales man let me know that they did financing at the dealership too. We went to speak about it, and the next thing I know, they are helping me unpack ten years worth of stuff and all of our camping gear, into my brand new vehicle. Don and Allison were so incredibly helpful. Never would I have ever pictured this process to be easier. Never would I have expected them to accommodate me all in one day. Never would I have expected a small town dealership to have all the answers I was looking for when I walked up, post camping, stuck with my kids.
This was truly an amazing service.
